Mike Nevin Asks SOB for HELP!

We have all heard that old adage that “politics makes for strange bedfellows.”  Well, on October 11, 2005, in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, the first of two ten day Whistleblower Retaliation trials… Oscar and Andrea Braun v. County of San Mateo, Mike Nevin, Richard Gordon et al  begins. At the trial I will testify as to why Mike Nevin and Richard Gordon twice led the Board of Supervisors to Retaliate against the Save Our Bay’s California Watershed Posse Executive Directors family at the direction of the Coastal Open Space Alliance (COSA) mob boss, Lenore Roberts.  I’ll review the Devil’s Slide Tunnel Appeal, Peninsula Open Space Trust illegal landfill operations,  Posse’s Civil Grand Jury COSA referral and my LAFCO evidentiary testimony about the Mid-Peninsula Open Space District’s  voter fraud in 1998 and again in 2004 and POST/MROSD real estate Ponzi scheme.  My wife and I believe that the trials will provide both Mike Nevin and Richard Gordon a campaign podium unlike they ever imagined.  See you in court Mike !  (see Braun v. County of San Mateo et al trial files)
