Subject: C.W.Posse v. BORever's "broad authority" to administer Lake Berryessa ."

Commissioner Keyes,

On behalf of all Lake Berryessa Permittees, on September 14, 2005,  the CWP will summon you and your infamous BORever mob  to appear at a TRO hearing before the U.S. District Court in San Francisco to clarify  BORever’s “broad authority to administer the Lake Berryessa Federal Recreation Area for recreation purposes in accordance with public law”… according to BORever’s Commissioner John Keyes and Rex Maughan.  It is the intention of the CWP to seek criminal prosecution of individual members of  the BORever mob by the U.S. Attorney under federal  RICO statutes for their illegal racketeering enterprise activities that have inflicted millions of dollars of  financial damages on law abiding Lake Berryessa Permittees  under the color of law.

Sincerely,

Oscar Braun
